Oak Hill Qi Gong

Join Community Captain Aletha L. Stolar to discover the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong by performing slow, focused movements and deep breathing exercises. Qigong is a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine that promotes the flow of Qi (Chi) or Vital Energy through the meridians, restoring and improving Health in the body! Qigong movements are light, smooth, and slow, and appropriate for all fitness levels. They are designed to build strength, improve flexibility and balance, reduce stress, increase energy flow, promote health and wellness and relax your mind.
While we call this class Tai Chi (it’s a term most folks are familiar with and not Qigong), this is more specifically Qigong Shibashi.
Every Saturday @ 10am at the Bellann Building in Oak Hill, located across from Wendy’s on Main St. parking is available on the left side of the building.
