Qi Gong in the Park

An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Monday, repeating until August 26, 2019
Do you want to improve your balance and muscle control? Looking for a relaxing practice you can continue at home? The low impact practice of Qi Gong might be the answer! Restore your energy with this beginner class held outside of the Canyon Rim Visitor Center. This session with an ACTIVE Southern West Virginia Community Captain will teach the basic movements of this ancient Chinese medicine.
This class will be held every Monday of August at 10am. Meet at the Canyon Rim Visitor Center.
Get Active in the Park activities are perfect for grand-families, groups with multiple interests, and individuals. All are welcome!
Youth are encouraged to attend but must be accompanied by a guardian and the adult must stay on site during the activity.
No Reservations Required! Just come wearing comfortable clothes and shoes! Bring a bottle of water to keep hydrated!
