Water Aerobics at Holiday Lodge

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until February 29, 2020
Water Aerobics will continue through the summer at the Holiday Lodge in Oak Hill every Tuesday at 10am. Come out and join Community Captain Crysty for this fun supportive program to get you active and stay cool at the same time.
Water Fitness programs provide fun and friendship while developing and maintaining physical fitness. Water fitness uses the resistance of water to improve flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, balance and coordination. Our program will promote fitness and fun in the water.

Pool noodles will be provided but please feel free to bring your own, and don’t forget your sunscreen for this new, fun, and unique program.
