Active Southern West Virginia has decided to limit personal contact through the month of June to focus on continuing to bring you online resources. Bare with us, we are in the background preparing in-person programs to deliver the social supports greatly needed to recover from the medical, economic, and emotional toll this has taken on our communities.
Use the month of June to invite your immediate friends and family to be active with you. Extend the invitation to meet online, over the phone, and distanced in your neighborhoods. Having companionship in healthy behaviors will make you more successful in reaching your goals.
