Mother’s Day Mountain Biking

Take your mom mountain biking. Join Community Captain and IMBA ICP Mountain Bike instructor Phil for a free mountain bike ride to learn basic mountain biking techniques. Beginner Mountain Bikers welcome! Ride will take place at the Arrowhead trailhead. Participants will meet in the parking lot.

Must be 14 and older.

Bikes and helmets will be provided.

Cross Country Trek Woodland Loop Trail

Join an Active SWV Community Captain and New River Gorge National River park ranger on the Woodland Loop Trail for a cross country ski. Cross country skis will be provided. We will assist you in putting on the gear and learning how to use the skis. Dress in layers for cold weather. Spaces are limited to 15 adults and 5 youth due to availability of equipment.
