Readiness Application: WV Workforce Wellbeing – Master Class Training

Thank you for the interest in the Active SWV: West Virginia Workforce Wellbeing, Master Class Training. The 6 week training provides the needed workforce wellbeing education paired with grant funding to implement your custom action plan.

This Readiness Application is a series of 8 questions to guage your workplace’s readiness for the training and implementation.

Your responses will be reviewed in the next two weeks. Applicants will be chosen on a first come, first serve basis with final scores in the top readiness value. Additional resources will be provided to applicants who do not meet the benchmarks for this training cohort.
