The Work@Health® Employer Training is a CDC-developed, evidence-based course that equips workplaces with the tools to improve employee health, prevent chronic disease, and boost productivity. This free 6–8 week virtual program is ideal for organizations ready to implement sustainable wellness strategies and expand their current efforts using proven methods. Participants receive a full workplace health and safety assessment, intervention planning tools, technical support, and guidance to build a 1-year action plan.

The course includes 8 modules completed through a mix of virtual and self-paced online sessions, requiring 2–4 hours per week. Employers are encouraged to allow workday participation. To qualify for certification, organizations must employ at least 20 people, provide health insurance, be U.S.-based, and have been in operation for over a year.
