What is Tai Chi? “Tai Chi is considered a part of Chinese medicine, that promotes the flow of Qi (Chi) or Vital Energy through the meridians, restoring and improving Health in the body!”

Is Tai Chi right for me? “Yang style Tai Chi movements are light, smooth, and slow, and appropriate for all fitness levels.”

Why should I take Tai Chi? “[Tai Chi movements] are designed to build strength, improve flexibility & balance, reduce stress, increase energy flow, promote health & wellness and relax your mind.”

Class Details:
  • What: Over the course of 12 weeks, you will learn the ancient Yang style Tai Chi of 24 postures, learning 2 -3 postures per week.
  • When: Thursdays at 5:30 PM (January 5th, 2017- March, 23rd)
  • Where: SALS in Oak Hill. 140 School Street, Oak Hill, WV 25901
