May’s participants of the month are adorable!
Meet MJ and AJ. These tiny participants come to their aunt’s REFIT class at Elkview Baptist Church, along with their mom, Laura. They add so much cute to this class with their favorite songs and moves. Others in the class can’t help but smile when they come along!
MJ and AJ love animals, soccer, and REFIT! They stay active because it is fun and keeps them healthy. They participate in dance, swimming, basketball, and soccer. Their mom and Aunt T-Ti (Community Captain Christian Raynes) help them stay motivated, as well as the fact that they love playing outside with friends.
MJ and AJ say that you should find an Active SWV free program, “because it is fun and you can meet new friends.”
All Active SWV programs are family friendly. Children are welcome to participate alongside a family member or guardian, or just play on the sidelines. Be on the lookout between Mother’s Day and Father’s Day 2022 for some different promotion of our programs to help families begin to Get Active Together.
