For years, REFIT has been the heartbeat of Active SWV’s free community fitness programs. With classes held three days a week, led by the incredible Community Captains Michelle, Cassie, Alicia, Amber, Jennifer, and Allonna. REFIT has created more than just a fitness routine—it’s created a family. These classes are packed with positive energy, powerful music, and people cheering each other on every step (and dance move) of the way.
It’s no surprise that REFIT has remained our most popular program year after year. It’s not just about getting fit—it’s about feeling good, belonging, and building real connections.

We’re excited to announce that REFIT is going on tour—and Beckley, WV is one of the stops! This national event, the Fit With Friends Tour, is all about community, music, movement, and inclusion. Whether you want to sweat it out in the live workout or take the leap and become a certified instructor, this event is for YOU.
