Active Southern West Virginia is having a Fundraising Night at Panera Bread!
The second annual Active SWV Bridge Day 5K will be held on October 21, 2017 to allow runners one day a year to race across the New River Gorge Bridge in West Virginia.
Active Southern West Virginia and The New River Bicycle Union are co-hosting a bicycle valet service during the 2016 Bridge Day Festival. Event attendees will have bicycle storage at both ends of the New River Gorge Bridge.
The inaugural Active Southern West Virginia Family Triathlon, in support of ActiveSWV Kids Run Clubs, was a great success!

Saturday morning 500 runners and walkers showed up to the Jingle Bell 5K Walk/Run in 23 degree weather to race on the University of Charleston campus in Charleston, West Virginia to benefit the Arthritis Foundation.
The goal of the Active Southern West Virginia Training Teams is to provide a fun, safe, social and effective training schedule to prepare runners for area events.
Join us in our first ever Bridge Day event, Active SWV: New River Gorge Bridge Day Scavenger Hunt. This will be a photograph hunt with the goal to take a picture of yourself, friends, and family doing the items or capturing the action on the list.
