Trail Maintenance Event at Monongahela National Forest

Help Active SWV maintain trails in our public lands! Active Southern West Virginia and the New River Gorge Trail Alliance are working together to maintain area hiking and biking trails as part of NRGTA’s $1.4 million ARC grant.

What: Maintain the Fork Mountain Trail in Monongahela National Forest. Work will involve digging a drainage ditch in the mud, and clipping and trimming vegetation away from the trail.
