Weekday Workout Cards

For those working from home and those that don’t consider this the perfect window to add physical activity into your routine. These workout cards can be modified to all ability levels. These daily challenges are provided by Active SWV Community Captain, Kate Miller. We encourage not just Active SWV workplaces to participate but all people seeking a home workout. See the end of this post for descriptions of how to do each exercise.
