February is the month of love, and what better way to show your staff you care than creating a Workplace Wellness program! Follow along below to see what steps businesses are taking to create a culture of lasting health and wellness at their locations.
The New Year means a New Work@Health Certification Course is enrolling now!
The Active SWV Work@Health® course is a perfect addition to any workplace. This 6-8 week long hybrid course will give you a road map to create lasting and impactful Workplace Wellness resources at your location! CDC backed and evidence based, this training is the gold standard for workplaces trying to increase the culture of health in their organizations, while showing their staff they are cared for and valued.
Why create a workplace wellness program?
Creating a workplace wellness program can show your staff they are valued, boost worker morale, decrease absenteeism, help save on health insurance costs, and give the workplace a reputation as being a great place to work.
Our focused approach to creating this programming includes policy, system, and environment changes that can be made to increase access to health for your staff – making the healthy choice the easy choice.
