As Active SWV prepares for the upcoming fall Kids Run Club season, we have been working to provide free opportunities for kids to be active both virtually and in person.

Bob Matson has been a amazing asset as an Active SWV Community Captain for the people of southern West Virginia by leading group hikes, Full Moon walks, and an Annual Fire Fly Walk.

Before Covid-19, Stephanie Hill was attending the REFIT at Central Headstart in Beckley 2-3 days a week for the last year and a half. Active SWV Community Captains have tried new and inventive ways to keep participants engaged during this time by providing resources and virtual programs.
