The Valley Elementary School Run Club, powered by Active Southern West Virginia, capped off its third session with an exciting color run on October 19th, 2016.

The Valley Elementary School Run Club, powered by Active Southern West Virginia, capped off its third session with an exciting color run on October 19th, 2016.
The Summersville Elementary Run Club, powered by Active Southern West Virginia, completed its second session on October 27th, 2016.
Marsh Fork Elementary Active SWV Run Club recently completed its first session with a celebratory fun run on October 6th, 2016.
Active Southern West Virginia completed its pilot Energy Express Kids Run Club at the Southern Appalachian Labor School at Beards Fork. Energy Express is a summer reading program developed and facilitated by the WVU Extension Service.
Active Southern West Virginia completed its first elementary school running club pilot program in partnership with Valley Elementary School in Smithers, Fayette County, West Virginia fall 2015.
Active SWV Kids Run Club’s are made possible by dedicated facility volunteers willing to meet with the club once a week.
Ansted Middle School Kids Run Club powered by Active SWV and sponsored by Adventures On The Gorge and Hico Piggly Wiggly.
Hope and inspiration come from community leaders.
Active Southern West Virginia partners with Valley Elementary School, VES, once again to demonstrate how fun and rewarding school running clubs can be.
The Active SWV AMS Running Club began training in February two days a week afterschool with the leadership of PE & Health Teacher Kate Miller.
This week Summersville Elementary School wrapped up their second training day for the Active SWV SES Kids Running Club.
